During an interview with former Westlife singer Nicky Byrne for Irish radio station RTE2, One Direction star Niall Horan has teased fans with information about 1D?s forthcoming film, This Is Us?
And he also joked that he and band mates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne sometimes share a friendly rivalry about who has the most followers on Twitter!
But first, of what he had to say about 1D?s 3D movie This Is Us ? which goes on general release in August ? he explained that it genuinely is access al areas, and even their dressing rooms weren?t off limits during filming.
He said, ?It is more of a documentary than concert, a behind the scenes insight into what goes in.
?The fans standing outside the stadium they don?t know what goes on in the dressing room.?
He added, ?I think this is what they want [probably the biggest understatement in 1D history], the fans know us but they know the public perception?
?It would be good for them to see us as friends and as people.?
Back now to Niall?s revelation that he and his band mates have Twitter follower envy, he said, ?We do rib each other, saying you have got more followers, it?s a bit of a laugh.
?But I know this sounds like the media training answer but I think whatever is good for one direction is good for me.?
